Pocket Full of Happy

I am a happy person. Sometimes I get stressed and I worry about things, then I get annoyed about the fact that I got stressed and worried about these things.

By taking a step back and looking at my life, I realise there are so many things I can do to make myself happier. Some big things and some small things. I am doing this with a little help from the experts!

I am training to be a life coach and the truth is, I have to coach me first. This is my journey…
