Have you heard that smiling can make you feel happier?
It’s such a quick and easy way to give yourself a little boost. Especially for those days where you are just not feeling as good as you could be or want to be.
I have a few times that I typically call upon this little trick;
- First thing in the morning
- Just before I enter the office at work
There is growing evidence around this and it seems to be indicating that smiling makes us happy. So why not give it a go for a ‘pickmeup’.
It’s always nice to smile at others too but we can’t control someone else’s response, even if they don’t smile back, keep smiling!
