Ok, so this week I am feeling a bit off point. l and going through a lull.
I couldn’t seem to get myself up 45minutes earlier today to get up and go on a run.
I am really hoping that writing my goal here will be the motivation I need. So right now my goal is:
To get up early and go on a run tomorrow morning.
I hope that I can post here tomorrow with some good news 😉
