So usually after a long weekend, I feel pretty down to be returning back to work.
However, I have decided I am not allowing any post bank holiday blues or worries to ruin my day.
Any challenges I face today, I know I can handle. So can you.
If you feel worried, identify what is going on. Is it a real problem? Is it a real threat? And go from there. Chances are, you are making it bigger than it is. why do we do that?
To calm my worries today, I did a morning workout routine and some morning affirmations. Brilliant way to start the day and I made sure none of it was strenuous.
