So exercising in the morning has never really been my thing. However, recently I have realised it is by far the easiest time to fit it in to my day. Not to mention all the other benefits it comes with! For me I just feel so much happier and more fresh for the day.
So when I am running with my friend, I find it easier to get up, I guess because you don’t want to let anyone down. But relying on someone else each morning is not really the way forward for me. So last night I tried something new….
I put my alarm away from my bed so I HAD to get up. It worked. Simple. Brilliant 5k done this morning.
And I should point out, that I have been trying to do exercise in the morning for a very long time but always find myself hitting snooze.
