So it is Monday morning already. That time of week where I share my weekly goals with my lovely readers.
I will be sharing a post on how I found last weeks goals, for now I will say that I mark them as a success, hoorahh!!
So this week, my goals are:
1) To increase my fruit and veg intake.
2) To complete a 6k run. (I am doing a 10k next month).
3) Enjoy work.
