So this is my first post! I’m certainly feeling the pressure.
I started my 2015 resolutions in November 2014, I felt like this would give me more of a chance of sticking with them. These resolutions have varied and along the way I have added to and adapted them. I’m starting to work out what does and doesn’t work for me which is handy when it comes to making new resolutions.
The umbrella for all of these goals ultimately comes down to one BIG thing..Happiness!!
I have just finished reading ‘Happiness by design’ by Paul Dolan and am currently reading ‘The happiness project’ by Gretchen Rubin. I can tell by reading just two books that there might not be much to add to the happiness topic! But surely that doesn’t mean that I shouldn’t follow my happiness goal?
I absolutely love the idea that we can all make ourselves a little (or a lot) happier. It just seems that it is so easy for us all to forget this, or worse, never know this!!
I’m currently training to be a life coach and I feel that this blog will be a huge part of this new adventure.
I’m looking forward to this…
